Having chosen a veil please do contact us to discuss the veil in question as there will probably be details you need to know about it. we will also have to discuss any colouring or mounting requirements and shipping instructions. Then you can use our secure credit card order line for fast and safe e-mail online ordering process. Alternatively phone, fax or write to us with either your credit card detail or enclose a cheque in pounds sterling for the full amount.

For credit card payment we can accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB, SWITCH & CONNECT. If you would like to pay this way and don't wish to use our secure order form we will need to know the following information

  • Card Type
  • Card Number
  • Valid from and to dates
  • Name as registered on the card
  • Address that the card holder is registered at, this will also form the delivery address
  • Contact phone or fax number or e-mail address

Otherwise we can accept UK cheques or foreign Bankers Drafts made out in pounds sterling to The Honiton Lace Shop and sent to us together with your order to the following address -

Returns policy. Please see our Terms & Condition for full details. We do not buy back our veils once they have been sold and accepted by the customer. We do however have a refund policy, if on receiving your veil purchased via the internet you are not happy with it because it does not match the description or condition that we have sold it as, then upon contacting us and immediate return of the veil in its original condition, we will depending on the circumstances, offer a full refund if we feel that the veil has not been used or damaged in any way. Depending on the reason for return we reserve the right to offer a partial refund if we feel that it is not being returned as wrongly described and sold, but because the customer is not happy with their decision to purchase having received the veil. We do not accept that the customer having changed their mind once the veil has been purchased and shipped is a valid reason for refund, and in such cases reserve the right not ot offer, or to offer a partial refund only.

We may, in certain circumstances, be prepaired to purchase back veils after they have been used. It is unlikely that we will be prepaired to pay more than 50% of the original selling price so please do not disappointed if you try to sell your veil back and are offered this anount or less.

We do not hire out or loan veils for weddings due to the risks of damage involved
